Welcome to MamaChic Ltd, A family run premium baby products company.


Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.



You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

 (a) where goods are not available;

 (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

 (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;


Methods of Payment

Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo are accepted through our payment provider Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account to purchase, and can pay as an individual guest through Paypal’s payment gateway.

All goods sold remain the property of MamaChic Ltd until full payment is received. Goods will only be despatched once full payment has cleared.



Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

Although we try to assure accuracy, MamaChic cannot be responsible for typographical or photo error on our web site.



Our prices include VAT.  Our UK VAT registration number is 118 0279 29.


Postage and Packing

Packing and postage information is included when placing an order.  Currently there is a £5 per order charge for regular items.  Standard Parcel Delivery for orders over £100 is free.  There is a surcharge for large or heavy items which will be stated clearly in the checkout process.


Price Match Promise

  At Mamachic we like to remain competitive. We will price match any legitamate in stock online or offline retailer or up to 7 days after purchase if you find the product cheaper elsewhere. To claim simply email us at support@mamachic.co.uk providing the following:  
  1. a link to the web site page you have found the lower priced item.
  2. Check it’s in stock.
  3. Check its available for delivery and the delivery is like for like.
  4. Check the price includes any delivery charges
  5. Item must be brand new and like for like
  6. The store must be a recognised store and not a private seller/auction
  We will try to respond to you within a few days.  We reserve the right to price match for personal use only and not for resale. We also reserve the right to where necessary, limit the price match offer to one per customer. For price match purposes the competitor must be a known and verified stockist of the product.  Whilst we will endeavour to match a legitimate price, we reserve the right to refuse a price match if any of the above conditions are not met or where the price is suspected to be a loss leader.


Processing your Order

We will keep you informed of the progress of your order. On receipt of your order we will confirm the details with you. We will attempt to contact you when the goods are despatched providing a tracking number where appropriate.

We aim to fulfil orders from stock within seven working days. However, any items not in stock may have a lead time from our suppliers of between four and six weeks which you will be made aware of.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within the normal delivery period, we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to withdraw your order or select an alternative product. Should an item be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you wish to contact us regarding an order, please quote your order number.


Despatch of Part Orders

MamaChic will not normally despatch part orders, unless  an item is on extended delivery and this would result in undue delay to a larger order, we may upon request forward a part order.


Product Images

Whilst great care is taken with the representation of products on this site, we cannot guarantee that the colouring on the images on the website always exactly matches that of the original products. If this is an important consideration in your choice of item please contact us.



Where goods fail during the guarantee period, we will arrange for collection and, on inspection, if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair (or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired). If however, the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the cost of carriage charges and repair.



If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to websales@mamachic.co.uk before we have despatched the goods.



Where goods have already been despatched, you may return goods for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You must contact us telling us the reason for the return and obtain a returns authorisation number which must be clearly marked on any packaging.  The costs of returning goods safely to us shall be borne by you.  Upon receipt of returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or a replacement/credit as required where the goods are as new resalable condition.  Should the goods be deemed to be in a used condition we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the item.


Legal and Safety Standards

Mamachic Ltd is a UK based company and is subject to English law. Mamachic are committed to promoting safe products and all products sold on this site comply with relevant UK and EU safety regulations.


Privacy Policy

MamaChic Ltd will endeavour to keep your personal details private and secure. We will not sell, or share your personal details with third-parties, except in so far as is strictly necessary to process your order (this includes clearance of payment and delivery instructions to couriers). We only make use of any telephone contact details in relation to your immediate order or enquiry, and will not use these for any subsequent unsolicited promotional or marketing activity.
